Our anniversary and my birthday!

This weekend was very busy, Saturday was our anniversary!! Michael and I have been married 6 years now!! We went out to dinner, just the two of us, on Friday night. Michael's family in Cheyenne watched the boys for us. Then Saturday we went garage saleing (didn't find much of anything), Then Michael took me to a jeweler so I could get some of my stones (from my Grandma's rings) put into a pendant. I am looking forward to getting that back in a couple of weeks. That afternoon we just relaxed and enjoyed some cheeseburgers and boca burgers. Sunday I was allowed to sleep in!!! Then I went to church, Joshua wasn't feeling that great so he stayed home with Michael. I was able to enjoy a wonderful worship service and sermon. Joshua and Michael dropped by the church later because I locked my keys in my car... Oops!

After church and lunch we went to a swimming party for our church Sunday school class. We brought a birthday cake to share with everyone, it was very yummy and the FIRST cake Michael has bought me on my birthday!

I had a wonderful day and am very blessed to have such a wonderful family!!

My yummy cake with all of my candles on it!!

Station #3

On Saturday February 27th all of us went to the Firehouse for a birthday party. Joshua thought it was pretty cool. We got to see the ambulance they keep at the fire station, a fire truck, a truck they use for wild fires, we were able to see all the equipment firemen wear and Joshua even got to sit in the drivers seat. He was impressed! It was really a good idea to take the little ones, I had never thought of it before but now he knows not to be scared if he sees a fireman. Joshua was able to see the man before and after he put on all of his gear, and now they don't seem so scary.

We have decided we should have yearly visits to the fire station, for a couple of years anyway. Joshua thought it was very neat and I'm sure he would love to go again.
