Yesterday morning we got up bright and early, made a sack lunch and got in the car to make the 2 1/2 hour trip to Aspen Alley. I heard about this spot from Kristen's sister and thought it would be so much fun to go see. Joshua loved walking up and down the road, and being able to eat his lunch on the trunk of the car. The trip there wasn't the best because Joshua was crabby most of the time but it was worth going once we got there. The trip home was much better.
I have no clue why he felt the need to use his thumb to point at me but he did, and it was a cute picture.

All over Aspen Alley were carvings in the trees. I really wanted to find one that said L heart M or M heart L or L & M in a heart. But no such luck.
